  • 8 hours per day, with the flexibility to work weekends if required

Compensation:

  • PHP 2,000 per week
  • PHP 500 bonus per successful client sign-up.
  • Travel expenses reimbursed upon presentation of receipts.

Role Overview:

The Client Sales Manager is a vital role within the Mindanaos.com team, responsible for identifying and securing prospective clients for advertising and marketing partnerships on the Mindanaos.com website. This role involves actively promoting the website, visiting potential clients, and ensuring all clients, signed or unsigned, are engaged with our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Acquisition and Sales:

  • Identify and target prospective clients, including local businesses, tourist destinations, hotels, and restaurants, craft shops, anything that is interesting and can find a home for advertising on Mindanaos.com.
  • Proactively promote Mindanaos.com to all potential clients through in-person visits, presentations, and follow-up communications.
  • Present the website’s features, benefits, and advertising options effectively to encourage client sign-ups.
  • Sell all available advertising and marketing options on the website, ensuring a comprehensive package is offered to each client.

2. Client Engagement and Relations:

  • Encourage non-signed clients to participate by allowing the taking and posting of interesting images, videos, and content related to their business.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all clients, signed or unsigned, providing ongoing support and information.
  • Liaise regularly with signed clients to ensure their satisfaction with our services and address any concerns or needs promptly.
  • Persistently follow up with unsigned clients to convert them into signed clients.

3. Administrative and Managerial Duties:

  • Maintain accurate records of all signed clients, including contract details and advertising placements.
  • Keep a detailed log of all areas canvassed and potential clients contacted.
  • Undertake any required office duties, including preparing reports, managing client databases, and coordinating with other team members.
  • Manage additional advertising staff if and when they are employed, ensuring they meet their targets and maintain professional standards.

4. Travel and Attire:

  • Travel as required to meet clients, with travel expenses reimbursed upon presentation of receipts.
  • Dress in respectable casual business attire, maintaining a professional appearance when meeting with clients.

Skills and Qualifications:

  •  Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Sales experience, particularly in advertising, marketing, or a related field, is preferred.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and keep accurate records.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in email, word processing, and spreadsheets.
  • Knowledge of the local area and businesses in Mindanao is a plus.
