Hours and Workload:

• Hourly Rate: PHP 100 per hour
• Daily Commitment: 4 to 5 hours per day, with flexibility for additional hours if needed
• Weekly Commitment: 20 to 25 hours per week

Performance-Based Bonuses:

• Bonuses for milestones such as reaching specific follower counts, running successful competitions, or boosting site traffic.
• Bonus amounts range from PHP 500 to 2,000, depending on the impact.

Incentives:

• Additional incentives for identifying new social platforms or engagement opportunities, including small bonuses or extra paid time off.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Social Media Manager to oversee and maintain all our social media platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and Patreon. This role is ideal for an unskilled but motivated individual who is eager to learn and grow with our company. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing, organizing, and curating content to keep our online presence fresh, engaging, and aligned with our brand’s goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Management:
  • Upload and remove content across all social media platforms, ensuring that each site remains vibrant and up-to-date.
  • Inspect content provided by others, select the most appropriate material, and post it on relevant platforms.
• Engagement:
  • Actively engage with followers by answering comments and messages on all social media sites, including Patreon.
  • Maintain strong relationships with Patreon subscribers, keeping content appealing and ensuring subscriber retention.
  • Organize and run competitions to drive engagement and boost follower interaction.
• Platform Growth:
  • Identify new social media platforms or online communities where our content can be shared to expand our reach.
  • Continuously explore new opportunities to promote mindanaos.com and increase traffic to the site.
• Website Content Management:
  • Upload new content from content creators to the main website, mindanaos.com.
  • Remove outdated or unnecessary pages and content from the website.
  • Ensure that all content is well-organized and categorized for easy access and future use.
• Content Strategy:
  • Keep the internet presence of mindanaos.com active with continuous updates and engaging content.
  • Develop strategies to drive traffic to the site and maintain a strong online presence.

Qualifications:

• No prior experience is required, but a willingness to learn and adapt is essential.
• A keenness to engage the community and make it exciting.
• Strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and how to engage an online audience.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Work Environment:
